As a Board Member you have the opportunity to shape the strategy and vision of oikos St. Gallen, lead your own board support team and to manage relationships inside and outside the organization.
As a Project Head you have the opportunity to take on responsibility in leading a team of students during the organization of an event, conference or specific project (see Projects). Since our projects are self-led you will have the opportunity to define the strategy of the project in alignment with the overall mission and strategy of oikos St. Gallen.
As a Team Member you have the chance to join a like-minded community to gain practical working experience for example in program design, finance or marketing and engage in the field of sustainability. Either you will work in one of our different projects or in a support team of the board.
