OISMAK is the food blog project of oikos St.Gallen. As OISMAK we believe that it is possible to prepare sustainable and seasonal meals which are easy to make and also super delicious. In a team of eight students of the University of St. Gallen we are creating a variety of new innovative and simple recipes. They do not only include nutritional values but also carbon emissions as a startingpoint to measure sustainable nutrition. The team pays great attention to create a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan recipes doable for every student regardless of their previous cooking experience.
The aim of this year is to augment the numbers of followers on the oismak website and its social media channels. Moreover, all recipes will become even more precise and even easier to make than before.
The team updates existing recipes with nutritional values and carbon emissions. At social events (tbc), the team shares knowledge about sustainable, healthy and delicious nutrition with the general public.
