Large companies are transforming their strategy and business models to include more sustainability. This process might also lead to big changes for the employees. To ensure that also the employees are aligned with these changes and that they understand how and why the company is evolving, it is important to educate and inform them about sustainability and its influence on the company. The purpose of this project is to develop a campaign for a corporate partner, SCHOTT, which has the goal to make sustainability topics and SCHOTT’s adapted strategy tangible for the workforce. The campaign should be replicable for different sites and foster bottom-up initiatives in the field of sustainability.
