As Head of Finance, you oversee the financial backbone of oikos Solar. You prepare the annual budget, manage accounting and internal financial processes, and ensure sound financial governance across the organization. You coordinate closely with the Board of oikos St.Gallen on reporting and compliance, and work with the other department heads to align spending with our strategic priorities.

As part of the Marketing & Events Team, you’ll work on real projects to strengthen our brand, digital presence, and event formats. You’ll create content, manage social media and the website, and help bring community and energy events to life—supported by a team that helps you deliver high-quality results.

As a member of the Data Analytics team, your role will involve contributing to key projects such as data analysis and modeling to identify and evaluate solar projects, enabling data-driven decision-making, managing website and database, and optimizing processes on platforms like Monday.com. As Head of Consulting, you lead the Consulting Team in delivering projects for startups, companies, and public clients, from scoping their challenges to co-creating practical, actionable recommendations. You guide and develop your consultants, coordinate with our other departments to ensure high-quality outcomes, and shape the strategic direction of our consulting practice.
