Co-leading the oikos board and facilitating bi-annual strategy development. Managing and optimising core operational tools (Notion, GDrive, Teams) to support a community of over 120 active members. Overseeing 1-3 specific oikos projects and co-organizing regular Project Head meetings to ensure continuous alignment. Coordinating internal administration and tools, tracking KPIs for the annual Impact Report, and managing structured knowledge handovers. Representing oikos St. Gallen internally and externally with different stakeholders

You will find potential sponsors and help prepare the sponsoring deck Contact sponsors, follow up and help schedule meetings Keep the overview of all expenses, receipts and invoices up to date Compare supplier quotes and support the final accounting

You will design Instagram posts, stories, posters and flyers for the week Write captions, event announcements and speaker presentations Promote Sustainability Week on campus, including at our booth Cover the event week with photos, videos and live stories

You will find and contact speakers, partners and activity ideas for the week Organise materials, equipment and catering for each event Prepare the run sheets so that every event runs smoothly Welcome speakers and participants and help on site during the week

Grow the online presence of oikos Action Days by managing and creating content for our social media platforms Create social media content to promote the events to other students Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement with partner firms Engage with media and the university to spread the word about us

Organize food workshops Expand the presence of oikos Wine Build relationships, in and off-campus venues, and ensure visibility

Plan and create engaging content for Instagram and other platforms Build awareness of the wine project, food blog, and workshops Grow the community through regular, on-brand digital activity

Create and write original recipes for our food blog Take photos or videos to visually support your creations Work with the marketing team to promote seasonal food content
