As part of the Consulting Team, you work directly with startups, companies or public clients to assess their challenges and co-create practical, actionable recommendations. You are supported by our other teams, who provide the expertise needed to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.

As Co-Project Head, you represent oikos Solar to external stakeholders and lead the organization together with your Co-Head. You shape our strategic vision, oversee day-to-day operations, manage HR and team development, and ensure that all five departments work together effectively. You are the central point of contact for partners, the Board of oikos St. Gallen, and our team, driving both the long-term direction and the daily momentum of oikos Solar.

As part of the Partnerships Team, you are the bridge between oikos Solar and our clients. You identify and approach potential partners, pitch our consulting services to startups, companies, and public stakeholders, and nurture long-term relationships that turn into recurring engagements. You work closely with our Consulting Team to align on client needs and ensure a smooth handover from first contact to project kickoff.

As Head of Finance, you oversee the financial backbone of oikos Solar. You prepare the annual budget, manage accounting and internal financial processes, and ensure sound financial governance across the organization. You coordinate closely with the Board of oikos St.Gallen on reporting and compliance, and work with the other department heads to align spending with our strategic priorities.
