Community Intern
Board Intern
You are responsible for co-organising oikos Community events with the community team and the Head of Community. These events include, on the one side, General Assemblies and Kick-off events, mandatory for all oikees, and on the other side Workshops and Get-Togethers, fun events that aim to bring our great community together
Marketing Intern
Board Intern
You will support the development of oikos’ online presence and work closely with the Head of Marketing to create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
HR Intern
Board Intern
You will collaborate closely with the Head of HR on various HR processes, including recruitment, campus credits management, and the onboarding and offboarding of members. As well as support oikos Action Days and Un-Dress.
Finance Intern / Responsible for Sponsors
Board Intern
As an intern of the finance department, you will work hand in hand with the Head of Finance to develop a common sponsorship strategy together with the sponsorship responsibles of all project departments. You will identify and approach potential sponsors, prepare sponsorship proposals and pitch material, negotiate and follow up on sponsorship contracts, maintain an overview of all ongoing partnerships across projects, and ensure compliance with sponsorship agreements.
Operations Intern

As an operational team member you will work with the vice-president on the operations, wich includes management and support with IT platforms and organization tasks. Additionally, you could take over the vice president position in December.
Marketing Team Member

You are responsible for managing all social media channels for ChangeHub You will do social media management and website design
Project Head

You will lead and coordinate a small team to implement projects on campus, ensuring effective execution and teamwork.
Project Team Member

You are responsible for developing and implementing projects on campus autonomously or as part of a team You are responsible for advocating for increased sustainability with university stakeholders Competencies in coding are a big plus

Somewhat flexible depending on your skills and preferences, and may involve some of the following: Creating new partnerships to help the project succeed Expanding the Guide to include more comprehensive knowledge Conceiving of creative ways of promotion Work on special projects

Create impact as Sustainability Week project head. Through different activities and workshops, the Sustainability Week addresses important topics and sustainability issues. Therefore, they elaborate and show different options to the student community on how to easily adopt a sustainable lifestyle into their day-to-day life.

You are accountable for the marketing strategy and will manage the social media channels while overseeing branding, image, and communication.
